Identification required at account opening includes; a Driver's License, Liquor I.D. (non-driver), Alien Card, Passport, and U.S. Passport Card. If an elderly or disabled customer does not possess any of these identifications, a Social Security Card or Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance card may be used. If an elderly or disabled customer is a non-customer, they would need to also provide an Organization Membership, Voter Registration Card, or a Utility or Real Estate Tax Bill.
