Description of your identification policy: 
Customer is required to produce two forms of identification, one being a photo ID. Proof of residence, clearance through FIS, employment verification for a new customer. Along with IDs below we require a secondary form of ID such as major credit card, insurance cards, utilities bills, social security card, birth certificate.
