Identification Required to Open a New Account
Description of your identification policy: 
A government issued photographic ID is required for all accounts as a primary identification. If the ID does not state current address, a second form of identification showing address is required. If the customer receives a "pass" rating for identity verification through the Bank's platform, no additional identification is required; otherwise a second form of identification (debit/credit card, EBT card, address verification document, etc.) is required.
