It must be a valid Driver’s License, Federal/State Government Issued Picture Identification Card, Passport with Picture from Country of Issuance, or Alien Registration Card with Country of Issuance

Alien Registration Card with Country of Issuance Acceptable form of alternative identification requires at least two of the following types of identification: Secondary ID(2) 1. Expired Driver’s License, expired no more than 3 months 2. Expired State or Federal government-issued picture ID, expired no more than 3 months 3. U.S. Passport, expired no more than 6 months 4. Government-issued photo Welfare/Benefits card 5. Local (MA) School photo ID 6. Valid non-photo identification: Original Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Medicare/Medicaid card or other insurance card
