Identification Required to Open a New Account
Description of your identification policy: 
a. Documentary Identification: i. Personal Accounts: Two forms of identification must be obtained from each customer to open any account at the Bank unless it is a loan transaction in which one form of identification is acceptable. One form of identification must be a valid (not expired) primary form of identification (see below for acceptable primary forms of identification). The second form of identification may be a “non-primary” or “secondary” form of identification (see below for acceptable secondary forms of identification). Copies of the identification used are made and retained with the account signature card.
