Overdraft Lines of Credit available for qualified applicants. In addition, we offer transfer protection through a savings account for customers who elect to sign up for this service. While there is not fee to have this service, there is a transfer fee that would apply if utilized for overdrafts. Currently, this fee is $10 per transfer per day.

As part of our fundamental commitment to maintaining and enhancing our reputation as a highly ethical financial institution, it is our policy to strive to do business only with individuals and organizations of good reputation. In an effort to prevent abuse of the banking system, Mansfield Bank is committed to implementing a strong and effective Customer Identification Program to comply with Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act. The Program shall be made part of and incorporated into the Bank’s overall Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) program, and shall be managed in accordance with all existing standards established for Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) compliance including internal controls and training requirements established there under. The Program shall also be managed in accordance with the Bank’s existing policies, and with specific attention to ongoing compliance with the Bank’s Privacy, Information Security, and Fair Lending policies.
